Initialize an unbuffered subscribe socket

Parameters:

socket – An unbuffered subscribe socket
ctx – A netio context
hostname – A local hostname or IP to bind to
remote_host – Hostname or IP of the remote publish socket
remote_port – Port of the remote publish socket
count – Size of the buffer array
